We are the Professional factory of Thermoformed & molded parts, items, components and products since 1998, we custom design, engineer & produce Thermoformed and molded foam mats, parts, inserts, lids, Gaskets, inlays, panels and Packaging with EVA Foam, Sponge, PE, PP, ABS Sheet, Neoprene, XPE, TPE, PET, TPU, Carbon Fiber, served for ION, OGIO, ADIDAS, THULE, CHUMS, and more!

We Own 3000 square meters workshop, more than 100 professional workers, the largest heat compression machine which could provide 200*250cm mold platform.

We provide One-stop service, we help clients to design and engineer the product, provide proper advice on the fabric, material, logo styles and other technique solutions.

How we do it?

Analysis client’s request carefully, and provide proper suggestion before sample prototype, help clients to set up and refine the thermoformed mold, create the sample and produce bulk after sample confirmed.
