We are the professional Hot press molding EVA foam panel processing factory, we custom make Hot press molding EVA foam panel for ION NOVA blue harness outer skin, with custom printed floral pattern, we also custom make Mould shaping foam panel and layers for other series, such as Marena EXO, Marena union, Radium Select, and more.

We custom design and produce the first layer, front panel, outer skin for kitesurf waist harness, windsurf harness, seat harness with different types of Compression molding materials. Such as soft EVA foam, EVA foam laminated with Anti-scratch PU leather, tiny mesh, and more.

This PU leather for harness surface panel is not the same type of common PU leather used to produce the EVA carrying cases, it’s more durable and anti-scratch, and the cost is more expensive, too.

And recently, some of the high end kitesurf harnesses choose PE board or compression molding carbon fiber sheet to make the front panel or frame plate, Such as the ION RADIUM CURV series.

For the second layer, middle layer or the frame part of the kitesurf harness, ACE Heat Compression used to make them with molded soft EVA foam or high density foam to keep the shape and absorb the impact.

For the inner skin of the kitesurf harness, most of them choose the plain neoprene fabric, butfor high end waist harness, they will choose the heat compression neoprene fabric as the inner layer, and some brands choose the molded high flexibility foam to make a back support, with different colors and patterns, soft and durable.

Other inner skins are without any fabric, TPE, RB, soft closed cell EVA foam, or high flexibility foam.

We also produce molded foam parts for other kitesurf Accessories, such as the spreader bar, footstrap, and more. With thick and durable high density EVA foam.

We produced the high quality heat compression molded parts/panel/plate for ION, SLINGSHOT, GAASTRA, and more.

Very important, we won’t use client’s mold to produce goods for other clients. So please do not ask for sample or use available mold. Please set up new mold with your own design and logo, thanks for your cooperation!
